facilitating company sales across all areas of both SME and Corporate Mid-markets.
Having recently expanded Benchmark International's South African operation the
company has an additional vacancy for a suitably qualified Caller in the Cape Town
office.
4. Core Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Obtain and record full prospect details, make personal contact via phone, and
present client outline to the chief decision maker.
Follow up if necessary to confirm receipt of the proposal, obtain a signed Non-
Disclosure Agreement and/or market feedback.
Maintain clear and detailed notes of all communications.
Call all required prospects within agreed timeframes.
Provide Manager with verbal and written feedback regarding the progress of the
calling process to include results and market feedback and take appropriate review
action when needed.
Meet and liaise with Manager and researcher to discuss and fully understand the
client’s business and prospects to be contacted.
Seek out referrals.
Conduct discussions with potential private equity investors, to record and distribute
acquisition criteria appropriately.

6. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
Matric Certificate
Tertiary Education in Commerce or Humanities would be advantageous
Call Centre experience: In- or Outbound
Any sales experience, conclusive of cold calling and lead generation
Computer Literacy, especially in MS Office Suite and Internet
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written is essential
Any additional international languages advantageous, although not essential.
Strong admin focus
Customer service orientation
Good business acumen
Comfortable with working occasional, limited overtime
Own vehicle & driver’s license
