 Prepare all monthly reports including communication monthly bills, gas
bills, petrol utilization bill with vehicles mileage and others.
 Prepare daily basis purchase vouchers and submit in finance.
 Records all logs on software plus filing.
 Track and follow-up all customer requests (For Invoicing) in a timely
manner.
 Participate in meetings with worker welfare committee as a member on
the management hand.
 Coordinate with employees and departmental heads to resolve their
issues in respect of administrative department.
 Prepare purchase requisition relating to purchases, invoices, cheques etc.
 Taking approvals from concerned services heads on invoices as well as PR
and forward in Finance Department.
