Functional Objective of this position: Responsible for service process adherence by conducting audits
and sharing feedback. Provides customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analysing and verifying
the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in
order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained.

 Supervising & monitoring over all service partners in West Bengal.

 Handle customer escalation & consumer legal case.

 Monitoring timely spares billing to partner as per PO & PNA to minimize TAT..
 Follow up with HO for required spares & SWAP.
