This document outlines the agenda for a workshop on workforce planning practices in Europe and discussions on developing a workforce planning methodology for Montenegro. The workshop will provide examples of workforce planning models from OECD countries and the Balkan region and feature a presentation from Ireland. Discussions will focus on applying workforce planning concepts to the Montenegro context and developing recommendations.
