PAR addresses the need for introduction of Quality Management system
The action plan envisages implementation of Quality management system,
the budget of which still needs to be assessed and defined, which means that
there is no action plan.
At political level Vice Prime Minister is responsible for the whole PAR,
including QM
EKENG is the main contact point for workpackage 1
It’s too soon to reflect on a Coordination Committee. This will be reasonable
after the first success story.

EKENG is main participating entity. Based on the
scope, other entities could also be engaged.
Yes, there is strong managerial commitment and
will to implement CAF in our institution as a
pilot with the aim to spread the success along
the public sector in the future.
Plan to start April 2024. The deadlines will be
aligned with the Project Support team.

• The dates for the visit are already in the calendar!
• Lead: EKENG will take the lead in organizing the QM
event.
• Invited: EKENG (as piloting entity), GIZ CO Hrach
and 3-5 public entities’ representatives
• Memorandum of cooperation could be an option
• Organizing the event: EKENG team at your disposal
