ReSPA
RESPA has provided great support and most of the resources so far on the way to the introduction of quality
management of public administration

❑ Intoduction CAF with BASID II project in MPA - 2019
❑ Active participation in RESPA QM group (a platform for sharing experience through meetings, trainings, conferences, etc.)
❑ On-demand support mechanism - Development of the Roadmap for Quality Management & Communication plan 2024-2026
❑ Implement CAF in MPA with BASID III project – 2023
❑ ReSPA Mobility scheme - visit to EIPA and the mechanism used for the first time to visit the European institution - 2023
❑ On-demand support mechanism - Improving administrative capacities in Quality Management in Public Administration -
