Research & Resolution) as per client and participant requirement and setting up the right
communication to participant as part of Communication operation process.
 Reporting – Daily Score Card, Daily Productivity Report, Monthly Ranking Report, Error Analysis, etc.
 Interaction with onshore clients.
 Conducting daily team huddle and weekly team meeting with process updates, error discussion,
challenges and knowledge sharing sessions with active participation from the team members.
 Overseeing activities like People Engagement, Rewards & Recognition, Retention Strategies, Fun -at-
