work . Equipment are ovens, proofer,
dough roller, dough cutter, heavy duty
mixer and other gadgets that eliminates
man power.
3. PREPARATORY TOOLS
Are tools and utensils used in the preparation
and production of breads and pastries in the
bakesop. These are drum sieve, chopping
board, steel spatula off set spatula, rolling pin
double boiler, pastry brush, cake tester,
grater, custard cup cakke rotator, dough brush
bakers peel, oven mitt, pastry wheel, pastry
bag and tip.
4. MIXING TOOLS
● Are number one mixing tools and it comes from
different sizes and materials . Some are made of
pyrex glass, stainless, plastic or aluminum.. The
stainless mixing bowl is the most convenient to use
because of its light weight durability and it never
causes discoloration in the mixed ingeredients.
Other tools used for mixing are hand mixer, wire
whisk pastry blender, rubber scraper, and wooden
spoon.

various baked products . these are round pan ,
square pan, rectangular pan, pie plate, tart

amount of baking ingredients. Made of plastic,
aluminum and stainless steel and it comes on
sets. Measuring cup for liquid on the other
hand, is sometimes made of plastic and pyrex
glass materials.
