Marketing professional with 20 years of experience on creating and developing new

communication plan, visiting and prospecting exhibitors in competitor-fairs, seeking
industry innovations and entities related to each trade show. Supervised the
implementation of production, architecture and communication of the trade-shows always
ensuring excellence in execution. The review and planning generated savings of
approximately 20% in each issue and greater assertiveness in the commercial goals. There
was a 10% increase in the audience and adequacy of visitor´s profile towards business
generation. The profitability of the events grew an average of 5%, even considering an
economic recession in the years 2013 and 2014, in Brazil.

I was responsible for the planning and implementation of overseas incentive projects,
branded experiences as well as customer relationship travels in Brazil and abroad,
accounting for logistics and all hospitality programmes. The target segment was mainly the
pharmaceutical industry, as well as consultancy and banking industry. The sophistication,
the agility and customer care brought credibility and loyalty of customer companies. After
my involvement, the agency reached a flow of more than 100 projects a year.
PROJECTLAB – São Paulo Unit Manager – May/2007 – March/2009

New business unit in São Paulo start-up, being responsible for the planning and
implementation of the commercial operation and all operational routines. I identified
potential companies to purchase training and project management consultancy (PMI) in the
industrial sector, construction and technology. I trained and leaded the telemarketing team
for reaching extraordinary sales. I also performed hundreds of lectures in companies willing
to train their project management teams. Projectlab - São Paulo branch reached an annual
turnover of R$ 1.5 million, exceeding by 50% the original target after two years of
operation. The result was a solid portfolio of recurring customers and a flow of hundreds of
students per month.

Created and developed a business plan for the Rio Nomad Guide start-up, a free distribution
magazine/guidebook targeting tourists visiting the city. I was in charge of prospecting key
advertisers as well as coordinating the distribution in more than 100 hotels. I also created
2. relationship events between advertisers of the magazine and 5 star-hotel concierges and
top tour guides. The detailed care of relationships building and the sophistication of the
product brought a rapid acceptance by hotels and the touristic audience. The bimonthly
editions reached anchor-sponsors such as VISA, Claro, Antonio Bernardo, Hertz, Porcao and
Marius.

Managed the development and implementation of the merchandising standards for major
beer, carbonated and non-carb. drinks (Skol, Brahma, Miller, Carlsberg, Gatorade and
Lypton Ice Tea). I negotiated premium shelf locations, promotions and merchandising
properties with key customers, such as Shell, Exxon, Texaco, Petrobras and TAM Airlines.

Coordinated product launching on coastal areas of São Paulo (Kuat, Coca-Cola Light,
Fruitopia), managing the marketing budget with bottler. Implemented consumer promotions
and events for Sprite, Coca-Cola and Fanta. Developed new sales channels, and
implemented a record placement of 80,000 refrigerated equipments, such as refrigerators,
vending and post-mix machines. Participated in the development and creation of
merchandising standards.

Coordinated exports to England and the Netherlands of 1.0 million cartons of honeydew
melons, mangoes and grapes, accounting for US$ 4 million. I managed shipments departing
from Brazilian ports as well as received them in England, by the UK importer Red Rose Intl.
