At Carmel Valley Clinic, she assisted patients with forms, answered release of information phone calls, and conducted quality improvement audits. During her time at Torrey Pines Green Hospital, she worked on unsigned chart procedures, issuing medical record numbers, and transcription error corrections. Her final placement was at Westlake ROI Central Office, where she assisted with processing release of information requests from various hospitals and clinics.
