I graduated from the Faculty of Psychology Surabaya University (UBAYA) in 2008
with a 2.82 GPA and my thesis name is Relationship Between Hofstede Cultural with Job
Satisfaction In Javanese People. While still in college, I really like the world organization.
I've gained a scholarship activists of UBAYA of five (5) times. This scholarship is awarded to
UBAYA students with the highest activity points each semester.
The last two years I worked as a House (operational) Manager at Bali Nusa Dua Theatre
(Devdanshow.com). Bali nusa dua theatre is national cultural dance liveshow in Nusa Dua.
Before in Devdan, I worked as HR Manager at PT. Karya Modern Jaya (ceramics, Granite
and sanitary ware import distribution) and in their spare time on Sunday, I often worked as a
freelance crew event organizer named De Zaphire and also creatio. I have also been a HRD
Staff at PT. Paramithatama Asri Raya and HR Recruitment at PT.Gatra Mega. With the
