April 2014 – Current: Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning Officer, ECAP I & II,
Mercy Corps Liberia
Research lead within the M&E team. Responsible for designing and
implementing research strategy across $12 mil USAID/OFDA funded post
emergency program.
Responsible for research work plan, designing reporting templates,
sampling process, and design of all research tools, including FDGs, KIIs and
surveys. Implemented advanced qualitative studies including barrier
analysis on child vaccination rates.
Led the analysis process on all qualitative studies and prepared all research
reports and documents for donor dissemination.
2. Measured partners performance and monitored project sites and supported
implementing partners based on data based evidence recommendations.
Led and coordinated data collection and community engagement processes
Managed data in excel and dashboard, prepared M&E Plans.
Designed training materials for M&E Officers in local partner organizations
