Skills
3. • Good communication skill. This skill was demonstrated by when I was working for a statistical information
support division where I was daily communicating with stakeholders for statistical information, also on the
presentation of the statistics produced during management meetings.
• Analytical Skills. These skills were demonstrated by the work I am performing were I use my analytical
ability to produce monthly reports.
• Interpersonal. These skills were validated by my sustained ability to perform effectively in a team where
individual contributions were valued for the benefit of a collective output. Achieving deliverables I believe
demonstrated my interpersonal skills as harmony within the team was mandatory, persuasive ability when a
team member fell behind always helped together with positive feedback
• Leadership. I believed I demonstrated leadership when I was a fieldwork supervisor and motivated my
fieldworkers to work hard to a common goal. We furnished our work sooner than expected and also when I
was a mentor at the university where I was mentoring the first year students both academically and socially.
• Problem solving. I really excelled in problem solving as demonstrated in my academic results during my
years at varsity and enjoyed solving mathematical problems.
