Classroom Instructor/ Quality Assurance Officer
Responsible for assisting in moulding the pupils lives in learning and character towards
becoming future leaders and to manage a range of quality assurance procedures, and provide
advice and guidance to the schools staff concerning quality assurance systems and their
implementation as it relates to academic standard.
Key Duties
• Communicate the behavioural objectives at the beginning of the lesson and direct
class activity towards fulfilment of these objectives and evaluate performance in
relationship to these objectives;
• Attend classes at the scheduled time, prepare for all class sessions, and end class at
the scheduled time;
• Carryout class activities which would give the pupils opportunity for practicing
lesson taught, and give to the pupils termly project work;
• Conduct from time to time continuous assessment and termly examination to
determine the achievement of learning objectives and to enhance the learning
experience;
• Prepare the pupils towards any inter school competition such as mathematical,
spelling Bee, Science competition and other competition;
• Work closely with the adherence counselling unit to ensure that below average
pupils get prompt attention;
• Creating explanatory document in accordance with the agreed schedule by the
education commission;
• Establishing standard and follow up to ensuring quality service delivery of staff;
• Take responsibility for the development, co-ordination, management of process
implementation of one or more specific areas of the quality assurance system;
• Contribute towards staff development activities organised for both academic and
administrative staff of KHMS Minna;
• As required, take the lead and contribute proactively to areas such as academic
standard, instructional materials, need for expansion;

3. Achievements
• Successfully supervised and completed the setting up of PTF ICT/ E-Library centre in
KHMS Minna in April 2015;
• Successfully conducted a seminar on the Guidelines for the mathematical
preparation of elementary teachers in May 2014;
• Successfully coordinated the pupils in the 10th
annual Turkish Nigerian Mathematics
competition which the school came 2nd
position in Niger state.
