2. Project Title:
DESIGN AN ELECTRICAL GENERATOR USING THE CONCEPT OF FARADAY’S LAW
Objective:
In this project we will convert Mechanical Energy into Electrical Energy
using the motor. In this project Faraday’s Law will be used.
Introduction:
Electrical Generator:
It is a machine that converts any form of energy into the Electrical
Energy.
In this project such a generator will be designed that will convert mechanical energy into
electical energy.
Advantages:
It illustrates the fundamental principles of Faraday's law of
electromagnetic induction,which is the basis for the operation of more complex generators used
in power generation and many other electrical devices.
Construction:
In this project two stationary permanent magnet wil be used and
a coil will rotate between them.The magnetic field will interact with it and produces an
Electromotive Force(EMF) or voltage.
