Responsibilities :
 Report to the project manager or the general construction manager.
 Field management of piping construction activities
 Plan and supervise the major functions of the construction, which includes planning and co-
ordination of manpower and equipment, materials supply, and sub-contracted services; towards
the proper completion of the work on schedule with approved drawings, specifications, cost and
quality limitations.
 Monitor Sub-contractors at each stage of the work to ensure proper compliance with all
technical aspects of the contract through both individual contacts and co-ordination meetings.
 Check and authorize all claims for payment from all Sub-contractors involved in the project’s
sections to assure accuracy and that proper contractual obligations are met. Passes them to the
Commercial Manager/Control Manager for payment.
 Direct the procurement of permanent and non-permanent materials required for the proper
completion of the work on schedule.
 Review all engineering design drawings of my section of the project before passing them for use
to the group.
 Discuss and resolve daily site problems with site supervisors.
 Monitor construction progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, and provides input to the
regular reports of the Project Manager.
 Make future plans for the project related to the release of equipment and personnel employed.
 Take into account all relevant procedures, guidance etc. related to the work, which will ensure
compliance with the clients Safety Management System.
 Prepare the piping construction scope for man-hours and equipment, estimate and assist in the
review of proposed schedules.
 Being conversant and knowledgeable with respect to current and new legislation and standards
e.g., ASME, API, Client codes, standards and HS&E Regulations.
 Participate as necessary in discussions with Clients and visit job sites as required.

Position : Area Manager.
Project : New Construction and Maintenance contract for tanks.
Main Contractor: Al-Ahram Construction Company
Scope of work :
1. Following up the daily progress of the Project in the branch of Tanks; to ensure the execution of the
design, specifications and procedures as per the Engineering Drawing.
2. Leveling underneath tanks to assure the Degree of the under Ground Slope.
3. Following up Fitters and Welders work, and visual inspection of Welding.
4. DE sludge The deposits From Tanks and Cleaning them
5. Sand sweeping Tanks to prepare it for third part inspection.
6. Sand blasting and painting All Systems of Paints (Salt & fresh Water , Under Ground System internal and
external painting)
7. Hydrostatic testing and checking the results.
8. Following up the daily productivity of the workshop for each material type C.S

Project : Heat Treatment of Oil.

Scope of work :
1. Following up the daily progress of the Project involving the piping section to assure that the design,
specifications and procedures are considered as Engineering Drawing.
2. Issuing the required material for erection like valves, gaskets, stud bolts …etc.
3. Checking the finished loops and preparing the punch list to acquire a release for hydro-test.
4. Following up the hydrostatic test progress and checking the results.
5. Following the daily productivity of the workshop for each material type C.S
6. Following up the site requirements according to the priority.
7. Fabrication of 30,000 Dia. Inch of carbon steel
8. Fabrication of 200 pipe supports (Standard and Special).
9. Managing 15 Pipe Fitters, 25 Welders, 6 Pipe Support Fitters and around 150 Grinder and helper to
perform the fabrication activities.
10. Following Up the painting activities as per the priorities and deliver official Reports of Painting By
inspector.
11. Preparing the progress daily reports regarding fit up, welding, and shifting spools to the site
12. Fabricating and erecting 5 C.S Tanks with a volume of 5000 bbls which weighted more than 120 tons, and
repaired 5 tanks with a volume of 1000 bbls according to Codes API 650 and 653.
13. Fabrication and erection of a water firefighting network in all tanks, and coordinating, axing and leveling of
the Standard Firefighting Pumps according to the codes of NFPA.

Position: Site Manger.
Project: Wind Farm service Area Lot ( 3 ) – Gabl Elzet
Main Contractor: Cairo Construction Company.
Scope of work:
1. Construction and Completion of the Firefighting system with various types.
2. Fabrication and erection of Area piping activities and field welding DIA. Inch of 17,000.
3. Drawing workshop Design for Over-head crane (10-25/5 Tons), fabrication, and erection of more than 30
Tons.
4. Revision of the whole water firefighting system with Tie-ins and commissioning
5. Responsible for all Tie-Ins of existing Facilities of about 50 Tie-In Points.
6. Fabrication and erection of Pipe Racks and various shied shapes and checking alignments and axing of
more than 50 Tons of different sections of steel.
7. Installation, alignment, axing and leveling of 10 Tower vessels and more than 15 Pumps and erection all
its tie-ins.
8. Installation, alignment, axing and leveling of Puddle Flanges and tie-ins connections of firefighting
concrete tanks.
9. Fabrication , erection and Testing of the system of Firefighting like CO2 System , inergen and FM system ,
Water system , High Expansion Foam system , Low Expansion foam System And fire hydrant .

Scope of work :
1. Fabrication and erection of Area piping activities and field welding of DIA. Inch of 5,000.
2. Responsible for all Tie-Ins with existing Facilities for more than 70 Tie-Ins Points.
3. Fabrication and erection of Pipe Racks and various shapes of shied and checking alignments and axing for
more than 800 Tons with different sections of steel.
4. Installation, alignment, axing, and leveling of 10 Tower-vessels and more than 70 Pumps.
5. Installation, alignment, axing, and leveling Puddle Flanges and tie-in’s connections of treatment systems
in concrete tanks.
6. Responsible for Installation of more than 1000 pipe supports with several types with a total weight of 70-
Tons.
7. Fabrication and erection of a Steel building consisting of 5 levels that’s 48m high with a utility area with
total weight of more Than 700 Tons built up section and multi section of steel.
8. Responsible for the mechanical completion of test packages.
9. Responsible for the planning for all piping activities and the required manpower.
10. Monitoring the daily progress and comparing it with the plan and prepare the catch up plans if required.
