Scope of expediting:
1. Verification all the reference Preliminary documents such as Purchase Order, ITP/QAP, GAD, P&ID
and Materail Requisition if any.
2. Ensuring availability of Approved Test Procedures/Drawings as well as code & standards are
available with vendor , if not, same to be arrange to provide vendor before commensing
manufacturing activities.
3. Verification of avalibality of all the Material with respect to the drawings/ BOM /PO with supplier.
4. Non available materials follow up with vendor/sub vendor and same will ensure the availability for
assembly whenever required.
5. Follow of for the miles stones as per the manufacturing schedules and ensuring whether
manufacturing has taken in accordance with the manufacturing schedule or not. If not,
day to day surveillance will be done and the status will be verified with respect to the manufacturing
schedules. If schedules are not meeting, the same will be discussed with manufacturing team and
ensure to finish the with next day schedules.

Verification all the reference Preliminary documents such as Purchase Order, ITP/QAP, GAD, P&ID and Materail Requisition if any. 2.
