Description
 Perform frontline welding inspections at fabrication shop and Rig
 Fabrication and installation of Cantilever and Helipad for various RIG
 Make required replacement, Inspection and test plans as per Class and code requirements.
 Reviewing MTC’s, Welding consumable certificates as per the approved specification/client
requirement and welding equipment calibration certificates and their condition.
 Ensure that the approved procedures are followed.
 Witness/monitoring of various tanks fabrication, their fit-up check, dimensions etc.
 Fabrication and installation of Accommodations, Raw water towers Tank, Push-Up, Hold-
Down, Sub-base structure and Shale shaker etc.,
 Assist to QA/QC Engineer to prepare and conduct the project WPQs, WPSs, ITPs, NDT

 Monitor /Check condition of welding consumable, Inspect pipe fit-ups, alignment and visual

 Quality Surveillance of fabrication yard such as raw material verification, consumable
controlling, dimensional & fit-up inspection, Visual inspection of completed weld
 Preparation of test packs and Witness Hydro test/Pneumatic test and reviewing of the charts
and reports
 To supervise and participates in Non-destructive testing of equipment and piping including
review of preliminary interpretations carried out by NDT technicians.
 Ensure that all Welding, Heat Treatment, and Non-destructive testing are in compliance with
the relevant codes and specifications.
 Review the NDT method and coordinating NDT sub-contractor, verify all joints NDT result and
updated the joints status.
 Witnessing pneumatic test, hydro test etc. as per the specification/ client requirements
 Carry out the full dimensional inspection as per the approved drawing / project specification.
 Preparing weekly progress reports and submitting it to the client.
 Ensure all inspections are done as per Inspection and Test Plan / Contract and that these are
