M AIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES( P I P I N G)
 Staying aware of HSE and quality procedure of various clients such as A.D.C.O, SHELL, OXY &BPCL.
 Maintaining safety & quality as per company procedure; planning &supervising inspectors and NDT crews.
 Review of project Scope of Work, Project Specification ,QCP,ITP,WPS,Drawing( GA,P&ID and Isometric)
 Coordinate with Material controller for Incoming materials Inspection,welding consumables,tools,Equipment etc
with revelent documents Like MAR,MRIR,MTC,AFC drawing,Purchasing order,Delivery note&Packing list .
 If required Performing mechanical Test and chemical Analysis in order to Confirm right material As per Project
Specification and Revelent International Standard.
 Conduct weekly meeting with Client and Sub contracters to resolve the Techanical/Quality Issues.
 Mointer Sub Contractor Inspecters performance and conduct weekly meetings.
 Arranging and conducting PQR and WQT.
 Inspection of welding consumables and equipments, checking of storage and baking of electrodes, verifying all welding
parameters according to approved WPS.
 Welding Inspection ( before,During&After) as per ITP ,Isometric Drawing,Standard&Project Specification.
 Monitors the transfer of the unique material identifiers to ensure material traceability.
 Ensuring the quality of work as per the Client Specifications, QCP & Inspection Test Plan at all stages of fabrication.
 Fit-up,Leveling,Dimensional Check&weld Prepartion are in Accordance with WPS,Drawing&Specification.
 Weld Visual inspection and NDT wittenss of Structural/piping units during shop fabrication and erection stages.
 Preparation & review of reports (Daily welding reports, NDT reports, Weekly welder performance reports, Weld
summary reports etc.)
 Verifying calibration of inspection tools, test equipment’s,Welding machines & NDT equipment’s.
 Monitoring of in-process welding parameters such as Preheat, Inter pass temperature & electrical characteristics
requirements according to WPS.
 Arranging Radiography (X-ray &Gamma ray), film interpretation and conducting other NDT tests.
 Data Collection and Analysis related to welding/Weding repair.
 Ensure that all Welding, Heat Treatment, any hardness testing, Inspection and Non-destructive testing are in
compliance with the relevant codes and specifications.
 Reviewing the PWHT charts cooling& heating rate, soaking period according to specification and approving the charts.
 Monitor welder performance and repair rating.
 Coordinating with third party inspectors and client.
 Identify and raise NCR’s for non-conformities & Verify corrective and preventive action taken for non-conformance.
 Releasing the spools for coating application after verifying the welding reports, NDT , PWHT, drawings etc.
 Witnessing PMI and FN for stainless steel pipes, plates and fittings as per relevant specification.
 Preparation / Review of final Test package .
 Check the valve against data sheet &drawing and check the orientation &flow direction.
 Inspection carried out for flange face ,Gaskets,Stud and bolt as per Specification& Drawing.
 Check torqueing/Tensioning of bolt to require to torqueing valve.
 Line walkdown and punch listing of piping systems prior to pressure testing and ensure majour punches are closed.
 Released the test package for leak test, Pneumatic test& Hydro test.
 Ensure the all pipe supports( welded supports/Rest type) are installed .
 Ensure Pipe cleaning Before Hydro test and draining after hydrotest.
 Ensure ALL documentation relevant to the product assembly process is followed and correctly completed prior to final
release( Final Dossier).
 Conducting Internal Quality Audit and follow up to close the findings.
 Report to Qc manger.
M AIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES( P I P E LI N E )
My major responsibility is to Monitor ,inspect and support pre- commissioning activities like
flooding, cleaning, Gauging, Hydrotest (Strength test=4hrs&Leaktest=24hrs),
Mothballing of pipelines, cleaning/dewatering/Air drying/intelligent pigging and Nitrogen purging..

 An Overall inspection of pipeline activities-Stringing,Swabbing,bending,welding and NDT.
 Blasting,PE coating,Holiday test,Peel off test ,lowering backfilling of pipeline sections& pipeline Tie in weld control
 Inspection of Pig( Bi-directional brush pig and gauge pig) and gauge plate(Before and after FCG)
 Monitoring pig speed and flow rate of water as per the procedure.
 Inspection carried out for final pig recovery and ensure satisfactory condition.
 Monitoring pressurization stages as per the procedure.
 Final cleaning /Dewatering/intelligent pigging by dry air.
 Inspection carried out for nitrogen purging.
M AIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES( GRE)
 Inspection of Adhesive bond kits before use.
 Ensure the heating blanket, around the joint and ensure all bonding surface area covered.
 Ensure the taper angle, shaved length for Spigot (TS) Bell end (TB).
 Before performing the Lamination joint ensure the proper mixing of Epoxy Resin and Hardener.
 Ensure when apply Woven Roving glass 270/360/580 using a 50% overlap between each two consecutive windings.
 Witnessing Barcol Hardness test performed on lamination joint.
M AIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES( TU R N AR OU N D )
 Coordinate with integrity, Technologist& QA personnel.
 Inspection of tube buddle,baffle plate,tube support,cover,channel shell &Floating head.(Heat exchanger)
 Visual inspection carried out for shell & tube Exchanger (During removal, cleaning & box up).
 Hydro test witness for shell side, tube side and piping.
 Visual inspection carried out for Air cooler /column (During removal, cleaning & box up).
 Checks end for existing pipe ends for correct bevel and burrs and perform NDT.
 Check new valve against data sheet & is drawing and check the orientation &flow direction.
 Check the flange face piping internal for any damage& deposits.
 Check torqueing&Tensioning of bolt to require to torqueing valve.

M AIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES( P I P I N G)  Staying aware of HSE and quality procedure of various clients such as A.D.C.O, SHELL, OXY &BPCL.  Maintaining safety & quality as per company procedure; planning &supervising inspectors and NDT crews.  Review of project Scope of Work, Project Specification ,QCP,ITP,WPS,Drawing( GA,P&ID and Isometric)  Coordinate with Material controller for Incoming materials Inspection,welding consumables,tools,Equipment etc with revelent documents Like MAR,MRIR,MTC,AFC drawing,Purchasing order,Delivery note&Packing list .  If required Performing mechanical Test and chemical Analysis in order to Confirm right material As per Project Specification and Revelent International Standard.  Conduct weekly meeting with Client and Sub contracters to resolve the Techanical/Quality Issues.  Mointer Sub Contractor Inspecters performance and conduct weekly meetings.  Arranging and conducting PQR and WQT.  Inspection of welding consumables and equipments, checking of storage and baking of electrodes, verifying all welding parameters according to approved WPS.  Welding Inspection ( before,During&After) as per ITP ,Isometric Drawing,Standard&Project Specification.  Monitors the transfer of the unique material identifiers to ensure material traceability.  Ensuring the quality of work as per the Client Specifications, QCP & Inspection Test Plan at all stages of fabrication.  Fit-up,Leveling,Dimensional Check&weld Prepartion are in Accordance with WPS,Drawing&Specification.  Weld Visual inspection and NDT wittenss of Structural/piping units during shop fabrication and erection stages.  Preparation & review of reports (Daily welding reports, NDT reports, Weekly welder performance reports, Weld summary reports etc.)  Verifying calibration of inspection tools, test equipment’s,Welding machines & NDT equipment’s.  Monitoring of in-process welding parameters such as Preheat, Inter pass temperature & electrical characteristics requirements according to WPS.  Arranging Radiography (X-ray &Gamma ray), film interpretation and conducting other NDT tests.  Data Collection and Analysis related to welding/Weding repair.  Ensure that all Welding, Heat Treatment, any hardness testing, Inspection and Non-destructive testing are in compliance with the relevant codes and specifications.  Reviewing the PWHT charts cooling& heating rate, soaking period according to specification and approving the charts.  Monitor welder performance and repair rating.  Coordinating with third party inspectors and client.  Identify and raise NCR’s for non-conformities & Verify corrective and preventive action taken for non-conformance.  Releasing the spools for coating application after verifying the welding reports, NDT , PWHT, drawings etc.  Witnessing PMI and FN for stainless steel pipes, plates and fittings as per relevant specification.  Preparation / Review of final Test package .  Check the valve against data sheet &drawing and check the orientation &flow direction.  Inspection carried out for flange face ,Gaskets,Stud and bolt as per Specification& Drawing.  Check torqueing/Tensioning of bolt to require to torqueing valve.  Line walkdown and punch listing of piping systems prior to pressure testing and ensure majour punches are closed.  Released the test package for leak test, Pneumatic test& Hydro test.  Ensure the all pipe supports( welded supports/Rest type) are installed .  Ensure Pipe cleaning Before Hydro test and draining after hydrotest.  Ensure ALL documentation relevant to the product assembly process is followed and correctly completed prior to final release( Final Dossier).  Conducting Internal Quality Audit and follow up to close the findings.  Report to Qc manger.

M AIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES( P I P E LI N E ) My major responsibility is to Monitor ,inspect and support pre- commissioning activities like flooding, cleaning, Gauging, Hydrotest (Strength test=4hrs&Leaktest=24hrs), Mothballing of pipelines, cleaning/dewatering/Air drying/intelligent pigging and Nitrogen purging..   An Overall inspection of pipeline activities-Stringing,Swabbing,bending,welding and NDT.  Blasting,PE coating,Holiday test,Peel off test ,lowering backfilling of pipeline sections& pipeline Tie in weld control  Inspection of Pig( Bi-directional brush pig and gauge pig) and gauge plate(Before and after FCG)  Monitoring pig speed and flow rate of water as per the procedure.  Inspection carried out for final pig recovery and ensure satisfactory condition.  Monitoring pressurization stages as per the procedure.  Final cleaning /Dewatering/intelligent pigging by dry air.  Inspection carried out for nitrogen purging. M AIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES( GRE)  Inspection of Adhesive bond kits before use.  Ensure the heating blanket, around the joint and ensure all bonding surface area covered.  Ensure the taper angle, shaved length for Spigot (TS) Bell end (TB).  Before performing the Lamination joint ensure the proper mixing of Epoxy Resin and Hardener.  Ensure when apply Woven Roving glass 270/360/580 using a 50% overlap between each two consecutive windings.  Witnessing Barcol Hardness test performed on lamination joint. M AIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES( TU R N AR OU N D )  Coordinate with integrity, Technologist& QA personnel.  Inspection of tube buddle,baffle plate,tube support,cover,channel shell &Floating head.(Heat exchanger)  Visual inspection carried out for shell & tube Exchanger (During removal, cleaning & box up).  Hydro test witness for shell side, tube side and piping.  Visual inspection carried out for Air cooler /column (During removal, cleaning & box up).  Checks end for existing pipe ends for correct bevel and burrs and perform NDT.  Check new valve against data sheet & is drawing and check the orientation &flow direction.  Check the flange face piping internal for any damage& deposits.  Check torqueing&Tensioning of bolt to require to torqueing valve.
