More than 16 Years Hands on Experience in Quality Control in Fabrication,
Installation and Testing of Process & Utility Piping Work, Onshore and
offshore Pipeline Work, and Pressure Vessel. And also fabrication and erection

various materials such as CS, SS, Copper-nickel & Dissimilar materials on a
wide range of mechanical, structural and piping projects including,
Performing Inspection activities on CRA Clad Weld overlay, CRA Steel HRB
Piping,CRA Mechanical lined pipe,Machining and Spool Fabrication .
Study of Applicable Codes, Standards, Specification, Procedure’s and Drawings
for Piping, Pressure vessel, Tanks and Steel Structure Inspection.
Inspection of Incoming Materials like Consumables, Pipes, plate, Valves, Pipe
fittings, Gasket and Structural Items and Review the Material Test Certificate
and Consumables Certificate as per Requirements.
Review the Track Record of Periodic Calibration of Welding Machines,
Baking/Drying ovens, Pressure Gauges and Other Instruments.
Witnessing of Welding Procedure Qualification and Welder Qualification tests
and Review the WPS & WPQ as per Code.
Calibration Witness for various instruments like pressure safety valves and

Monitor/Check condition of welding consumable, Inspect the fit-up,
Alignments, Dimensional and Visual inspection of Piping, Pressure vessel,

interpretations carried out by NDT technicians.
Radiographic Interpretation and Witnessing of Ultrasonic Flaw detection of
Weld. Review and signing of RT, PT, MPI & UT Reports and Release
Inspection Reports for further activities and maintain all related Data’s.
To advise on repair techniques, materials selection, welding procedures,

Managing the overall material control for the various projects in co-ordination
with material control group and clarifying the technical issues questioned by
client and third-party during the Execution stage.
Preparing product Quality rating report at regular intervals.
Carried out Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle testing, Liquid Penetrate
Testing on Forgings Components.
Nature of duties Blasting Painting&Passive Fire proofing activities ( 7years’
experience in painting)
Review of painting specifications, blasting and painting procedures and ITP
prior to inspection.
Responsible for incoming coating / painting material inspection and has to
ensure whether these materials suits to meets the requirements of project
specifications.
For compliance with Health, Safety & Quality requirements in accordance with
project specification.
Before Painting application; checking of surface preparation, cleanliness
degree, and surface roughness, blasting grade, salt contamination measurement,
surface defects, blasting abrasives.
During Painting application; checking of weathering conditions, Steel
temperature, WFT, multi component mixing ratio, painting tools, thinning, and
application technique.
After Painting application; verifying/inspection of DFT, adhesion, holidays,
drying, and paint defects.
Check calibration certificate for all painting inspection equipment.
Painter & Blasting Operator qualification test.
Check the repair & touch up and marking the defect.
Check after lining application from pinhole by holiday test.
Prepare all necessary QA / QC painting / coating documents and handed over to
clients review.
Codes & STD’S
Working with ASME Sec II, Sec V, Sec VIII, Sec IX, ANSI/ASME B 31.1, B
31.3, B 31.4, B 31.8, AWS D 1.1, and API 1104 also familiar with reference of
various ASTM Standards.
