Professional Experience
As QA/QC Eng./ Quality manger ( 12 years’ experience)
• Issuing and reviewing of Quality Assurance / Control Procedures as per projects specifications and international
standards, issuing of quality plans and preparation of the Inspection and Test Plans accordingly for the various project
activities. Performing of internal audits on all project departments and external audit on all subcontractors.
• Evaluate suppliers/vendors (S/V) by a systematic quality review process of their facilities and quality process to
determine if the facility has the ability to meet the requirements of the contractual agreements.
• Checking material and equipment received and reviewing vendor documentation to verify specification requirement.
• Preparation and reviewing as a welding engineer of Welding Procedure specifications, preparation and reviewing of
PQRs documents as well as full witnessing of the PQRs and Welder Performance Qualification testing under different
Construction and Welding Codes requirements (ASME B31.3, ASME B31.8, ASME VIII Div. 1 & 2, ASME IX, AWS
D1.1, API 1104, API 650) different clients project specifications, including special requirements for cryogenic,
Sour/Severe sour and Amine services, different materials (CS,SS, LTCS, Duplex, Cu Ni,..) and consumables, for
different welding processes ( SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, SAW , GMAW)
• Preparation and reviewing of all NDT procedures related to projects activity based on project specification and
International codes and standard ( ASME,API ,BS,AWS,....).
• Controlling of piping pre-fabrication workshops activities including welding, dimensional verifications, as well as
coordinating for piping spools to be released for further activities, as well as Site quality control and welding inspection
and coordination for final piping system release.
• Monitoring and controlling all welding activity.
• Inspection of assembly and welding of Structural Steel, piping fabrication and erection, Above ground and underground
pipelines, storage tanks and pressure vessels.
• Witnessing and evaluating NDT (RT, UT, MT, ET, PT, ….)
• Witnessing of Post Welding Heat Treatment in piping (Local PWHT), spherical Tanks and vertical tanks by firing
method.
• Leak Test packages (Hydrostatic / Pneumatic) compilation from P & IDs and general arrangements, Test package
preparation and documentation review. Complete Punch listing of the test systems (Mechanical / QC) to verify its
compliance to drawings and specifications, to verify that all erection materials, primary and secondary supports, Valves,
strainers, flanges and flange ratings, and verify all flanges are stress free, piping alignment . Follow-up for punch list
items clearance as a coordinator for release to testing. Witnessing of hydrostatic/Pneumatic testing and verification of
the correctness of pressure gauges used.
• Monitoring and checking Static and Rotating Equipment erection.
• Above Ground Storage Tanks Fabrication and erection (Such as Plumbness Check, Vacuum Box Testing, Oil Leak
Tests,Dimensional Inspection, Hydrotesting, Tank Settlement Inspection,…)

lamination ,dimension ,hardness and Hydrotest).
• Preparation & reviewing painting procedures ,Witnessing painting activity for piping system, storage tanks pressure

wrapping activity and witness holiday test.
