1. To assist site SR.QA/QC Engineer in reviewing , understand and discuss Project Scope of
Work and specification requirements and preparing QA/QC documents.
2. Coordinate with the ready-mix concrete batching plant and client for carrying out trail mixes
of approved mix designs and ensure that the test results meets the project specification
requirements.
3. Provide training to all workers trough Conduct tool box talk before start every new activity at
site.
4. Checking and confirming the drawings and materials using at site are approved by client /
consultant.
5. prepare detailed inspection reports on the stores operations performance on weekly basis and
assist Sr. QA/QC Engineer / Procurement Division in resolving discrepancies in line with the
Company documented procedures / instructions.
6. Coordinate with Construction supervisory staff to prepare, submit a follow-up of Inspection
Requests, Inspection Reports, Test Reports etc to the client and consultant.
7. Review and comment and follow up of all inspection reports and / or certificates submitted by
the Third party laboratory, Subcontractors or vendors before forwarding the consultant..
8. Ensure the effective implementation of approved Method Statements and Inspection /Test
Plan through regular surveillance and Carryout routine / schedule inspections on the on-going
/ completed activities, discuss the deviations found with the Project manager and raise non-
conformance / observation reports.
9. Prepare snag and desnag list for all finishing activity to final handing over to client .

3. completed the full project with in the 20 months scheduled program .

1. Construction of bored pile foundation for 50000MTPY TDA chemical plant in DAHEJ-
GUJARAT.
2. Prepared the quantity of material required for construction work and the clients and
subcontractors bills.
3. Planning for day today activity of site work and manpower ,equipment required for progress at
work.
4. Executed five thousand bored pile for boiler and cooling tower for chemical plant at quick
span of 6 months.
Project: NHT/CCR PROJECT FOR BHARAT PETROLUEM
CORPORATION LIMITED.MUMBAI REFINERY-MAHUL.
1. Constructed a pipe rack structure at a petrochemical plant.
2. Construction of compressor house and compressor foundation for industrial facilities for
petroleum plant3

trenches, water retaining structure in the project.

1. Handled the 4.5KM broad gauge three line railway track project link the MARG
KARAIKAL PORT TO KARAIKAL –NAGOOR RAILWAY MAIN LINE.
2. Handled the railway line embankment making work and ensured the quality of back filling
material and compaction of the embankment through site core cutting method.
3. Involved in the checking the quality of ballast used for sleeper packing work through sieve
analysis test and crushing test.
4. Constructed one storied 1000 sq.m official building for railway managers and guards.
5. Prepared the daily progress report for various activities in port projects.
