 Sourcing from various channels to get relevant resumes for the requirement provided. The various
sourcing channels could be – Job Portals, References.
 Validating the candidates for the current role. Get the necessary info from them. Negotiating on the salary
according to the client salary bins & finalizing the same.
 Coordinating with the Technical panel regarding interview of screen select candidates.
 Uploading resumes in the Synergy Database & process it.
 Intimate the employee - the status of referred resume.
 Maintain & update Tracker – Daily-for accurate and complete traction.
 Follow ups for scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates.
 Follow ups with the candidates till they get the offer letter and join the specified organization.
