o Preparation of test plans and conduct of fatigue testing for suspension, chassis and other components
o Performing failure analysis of field returns and test components
o Execution of value engineering projects and subsequent validation through test simulation
o Corrosion studies for vehicular components and developed alternate surface coatings
• Developing / identifying advanced materials for AHSS, ADI, thin walled castings, tubular component replacement, laser peening

2. • Coordinating activities for the new projects with respect to DFMEA, QFD, aggregate target setting based on road load data,
