o Preparation of test plans and conduct of fatigue testing for suspension, chassis and other components
o Performing failure analysis of field returns and test components
o Execution of value engineering projects and subsequent validation through test simulation
o Corrosion studies for vehicular components and developed alternate surface coatings
• Developing / identifying advanced materials for AHSS, ADI, thin walled castings, tubular component replacement, laser peening
in place of conventional shot peening for springs, etc.

2. • Coordinating activities for the new projects with respect to DFMEA, QFD, aggregate target setting based on road load data,
aggregate validation, material and process finalization and design corrections if any based on CAE and actual tests
