• Merit of completing quality projects within time by taking Developed Autogenious PAW process from existing GMAW
process for Royal Enfield Fuel tank component to decrease the process cost of 40% and to decrease the weld rejection
rate 10% by the time period of 1month.
• Implemented several measures to identify deformities, malfunctions or other abnormalities such as welding
discontinuities, Porosity, hardfacing cracks, distortions, discoloration, in parts / components / products
• Reduced the rejection rate by 10% and incidence of defects by 20% through measures such as Lack of penetration
issue for 8mm thickness SS 304 tube Square butt joint welding and without groove preparation for tube mill
application by using TPT Process.
• Successfully troubleshot issues such as Discoloration in orbital welding localised purging tool, it has come down to 1
from 4 as per AWS D18.1/D18.2
• Initiated successful development and implementation of TPT(TIG+Plasma+TIG) mechanism as well as the cost
reduction 40% and productivity improvement of 40% ,activities related to tube mill applications- Rensa tubes systems
along with design selection & quality control activities
• Initiated and developed auto stand off and dragging tool for Manual GMAW welding for Structural butt and fillet
welding’s, it has proven 20% of the productivity
