• Arranged CC awareness exhibitions for the facility yearly which helped in creating awareness and achieving better
level on CC for the facility level.
• Developed 2021-Wheel Loader structures and 424 B-Backhoe loader structures with new vendors and attained cost
saving around $2000 per assembly
• Establishment of Contamination control process end-to-end at supplier ends(Wipro,Imperial Auto,TREngg)
• Developed alternate vendor base for hydraulic and fuel tank assemblies and boosted the tank assemblies with least
fitment/customer complaints by implementing proper initiatives like proper tooloing, 8D methodology use of 7 QC
