audience.
you can introduce your presentation by using stories, jokes,
statistics, and even direct quote.
5. Thesis Statement
Although speeches can cover different topics, they usually have only
three purposes
1. Speech to inform
2. Speech to persuade
3. Speech to entertain
6. Preview
It refers how the speech meet the purposes (first, I will talk about
the problem, Second I will discuss the cause, and the last I will
elaborate how to prevent? Or how to overcome this situation)
7. Body
It is the most important thing in your speech. You have to consider
1. Time
2. Space
3. Topics
4. Problem-cause-solution
10. Task
Be ready for the first presentation next week
The rules:
1. The presenters must record the presentation in minimum duration (5
minutes)
2. Be confident as good as possible (coz it will be seen by the lecturers)
3. The presenters should be aploaded the video on youtube channel
4. The video must be aploaded 1 day before the class
5. The audiences must watch the video and prepare the question or answer
before the class starts
6. Don’t copy or share the material, to anyone without the lecturer
supervision
