no place to leave their children
• Cars are still following the numbering system which makes
it harder for employees to come to office everyday
• If the organization is following right productivity practices,
virtual work arrangements are effective and cost efficient
(specially with the hygiene and protective measures
budget)
• The organization will put invest in new roles and tasks are
to guarantee the execution of the protective measures,
instead of focusing on core functions which can help the
organization in the post corona phase
