The Wheat baker Legacy Hotel, and The Golden Tulip Essential Airport Hotel, in that role fulfilling

services in the restaurant was part of the experiences I have gathered; and booking/cancelling
reservations. I am very organized, have a very professional demeanor, and work well with all types of
people. I have extensive experience in several front desk positions with different organization
including a guest relation officer as part of the experiences I have gathered, in some reputed hotels.
I am highly skilled in using Opera for reservation and booking through online and phone calls,
greeting guests upon arrival, registering them into the system and verifying reservation, Creating a
profile, address, and credit information. I am also able to accept payment for the guests ‘as well as

provide detailed information regarding the hotel facilities in addition to attending to guest inquiries in
