3. 2. Objective of study
1.2 Objective of the study:
1.To study the existing welfare facility provided to the employees during
pandemic period at palus engineering industry ,palus.
2.To study the employees opinion about the present welfare facility in
pandemic period at palus engineering industry,palus .
3.To study the satisfaction level of workers during pandemic situation towards
the present welfare facility.
4.To give certain suggestion based on finding for improvement in the welfare
facility provided by management in pandemic period.
4. Scope of study
1.Analytical scope :
The study covers the concept and details of employees Welfare
Facilities and also study the statutory and non statutory welfare facilities
provided to employees in pandemic situation.
2.Geographical scope :
The study is conducted in Palus engineering industry, palus.
3.Topical scope :
The study is conducted to know the various facility Provided by
employee.
4.functional scope :
It is responsibility of human resource to provide the Various facility to
Employees Such as salaries and wages, promotion, training facility,uniform facilities,
medical facilities, housing facilities, welfare fund, canteen facilities safety measures
etc.

In this research we have used primary and secondary data.

The primary data collected through questionnaire and Personal interview.

Employee of Palus engineering industry pvt. Ltd, Palus
Sample size :
In this project, sample size used in study are 100 employees because less
employees in company.so, I have study the all respondent.
Sampling method :
Various method available for selecting sample.So I have adopted census
method

Definition of HR:
Human resources (HR) is the department within a business that is responsible for
all things worker-related. That includes recruiting, selecting, hiring, on boarding, training,
promoting, paying, and firing employees and independent contractors.
Definition of welfare facility:
Employees welfare as "Effort life worth living for workmen " Employees
welfare means anything done for the comfort and Improvement, intellectual or Social of the
employees over and above the wages paid which is not a necessity of the industry.
Objective of welfare facility :
1.To provide Better life and health to employees.
2..To make the employees happy and satisfied.
. 3. To relieve employees from the organization pressure and extra work.

I prepare the questionnaire using 20 question.
I prepare questionnaire regarding to welfare facilities provided to employees.
I have collected the data from the Respondents using this questionnaires.
This data I have represent in graphical Format
I have made some finding using this data..
11. 9. Suggestions
• Company may properly provide the new and advanced
safety equipments which is more safe for workers.
• It is also suggested that company to focus on loans
facilities.
• Company training may given by expert persons.
12. 10.Conclusion
According to report that conclusion are extracted-
Welfare scheme are properly apply due to financial conditions
of the company.comapny spends of lot of money on the employees for their welfare.
Price and Buckland concentrate more on welfare programs for the employees .It
provides a canteen for both staff and teammate .special welfare policies and benefits
are provide to the employees.
The management select proper educated employees and post in
proper place where employees can work as per qualification and experience .The
factory also provide training time to time as according to their needs and excellent
performance appraisal system carried on in order to know the requirement as well as
to judge the performance of the employees.
