2. Analyzed the case study of Tasty Restaurants Ltd in solving the problem of attraction and retention of
the right employees in a competitive tight labor market faced by both the Management and the
Employees.
3. Carried out a comparative study on Garvey Group in solving their problem of Talent Engagement using
NSAI ‘Excellence through People’, Donald Kirkpatrik’s Model of Training Evaluation, Kolb’s Learning
Styles and Phillips’s ROI Model.
4. Studied Fox’s (1966) article on ‘Management’s right to manage depends on worker’s willingness to
cooperate’ and critically assessed the distinction between Market and Managerial Relations.
5. Presented a critical review of the JLCs (Joint Labor Committees) under the Irish Industrial Relations Act
1946 to evaluate what they had set out to do and have they achieved it, also why they should be
abolished.
6. Presented a group keynote on ‘Communication at the workplace’ taking into consideration globalized

7. Carried out a study on Goldman Sachs pertaining to the diverse International Human Resource
Management structures adopted by the company to maximize employee output and also the
differentiated its working models using ‘Hofstede’s Study on Cultural dimensions’.
8. Studied ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) using Group activities of Role playing and Mediation and
