market involvement for the past 30years in UAE. The company involves in the building
construction projects and the major customers are MEP contractors.
Position: Project Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
• Analyzing the project by studying the specifications and site requirements.
• Discussing with the customers for price, payment terms and technical details to grasp
the project.
• Negotiating with various manufacturers to achieve the target (commercial & technical
requirements) of bided contract.
• Technical discussions with consultants as well as contractors regarding compliance
with specifications, deviations and site feasibility.

2. • Motivating and leading the team consisting of Sales Engineers and support Engineers
to achieve the yearly target.
• Coordinating with factory for timely procurement of materials, to do finish the
assembly and testing on time to achieve the promised delivery time.
• Maintaining the stock by ordering the correct models – so that there will not be any
dead stock.

Bahrain Workshop Co. is one of the major trading company in Bahrain – exclusive dealer of
Ebara pumps.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Increase the volume of sales of Ebara pumps in Bahrain.
• Move the company into project business other than retail segments.
• Market the product with consultant, contractors, RO, infrastructure and so on.
