Professional Experience
1) From July 2007 to August 2016 Rosemount Tank Gauging ME SPC, as Inside Sales Engineer.
a. Pre order steps:
• Screen customers end users by using MK data.
• Registering the offer in the Sales Database.
• Build Customer Folder by copying Standard Folder Template and change it to
customer name and offer ref. no into the related Country Folder in the Sales Server.
• Analyzes Customer Tender.
• Work in the Price Tool to estimate to offer price.
• Deal with Banks to prepare Bid Bonds if required.
• Build Commercial Offer.
• Prepare AutoCad drawing if required.
• Send the offer to the Customer  Company Representative (along with Bid bonds &
DWG).
• Updated the status in the Sales Database.
b. After receiving orders:
• Copy the FINAL revisions of the following document into newly added folder in the
Server called “Sales Handover to Projects"
• Final copy of the customer PO
• Final copy of the quotation
• Final copy of ACAD Drawings (if any)
• Final copy of Price Tool (if any)
• Final copy Budget Control Sheet
• Prepare Performance Bond if required.
• Send a folder link to Project team to Process it.
c. Administration work:
• Updating Sales Database.
• Updating Order Database.
• Updating Reference List.
• Updating Contact list.
• File the quotations documents.
• Re-arranging the Sales files.
• Arrange the brochures, manuals & giveaways for Sales  Road Show with Sweden.
d. Training:
• Train other Company members on Sales procedure to be part of the Sales Team.
• Updating the Technical & Commercial Tender templates between time to time with
the available updates from the Manufacturer.
• Read more in the Technical manuals of the Tank Gauging System
• Do the online Training related to Tank Gauging System  doing business globally.
e. Try to find and build a Customer base for TGS in Bahrain & other MEA Countries by:
• Contacting old Customer.
• Searching from Net.
2) From November 2001 to July 2007: Aeradio Technical Services (ATS), as Sales Engineer for
Enforcement System
f. Finding customers.
g. Preparing quotations.
h. Following with the customers.
i. Following with Telecommunication Regularity Authority (TRA) for the approvals.
j. Following with the suppliers for the orders.
k. Following with the Service Engineers for the programming of the equipments
l. Raising the delivery notes of the equipments
m. Sending the equipments to the customers.
n. Payment Chasing.
Hobbies:
a. Reading.
b. Solving Math Puzzles.
c. Learning new Computer Programs other than Microsoft Office & AutoCad, like Photoshop.
d. Learning to be a Professional photographer.
