Oct’2015. Ammann Apollo is a JV company between Ammann – Switzerland and Apollo
– India with 70% stake of Ammann and 30 % stake of Apollo. The company is into
manufacturing of road machineries like Asphalt plant (drum mix and batch mix), Pavers

• Handling Service Operation for the Compaction machines All India.
• Formation of Service Reports, warranty policy for Compaction machines.

facilities in India at Ballabgarh (Haryana), Jaipur and Pune.
Job Responsibilities & Special achievements:
• Handling operations for 3 dealerships in Maharashtra & Goa having a total of 10000 Plus
Machine Park.

• Manager- Service (Central) since September 2007 till May 2008. Kobelco Construction
Equipment India Pvt. Ltd is a joint venture of Kobelco Construction Machinery (Japan)
and Itochu (Japan) in India. The company initially imported the equipments now started
manufacturing in India.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assigned to handle Dealers at MP, CG and Vidarbha. Appointed as Service Manager with
added responsibility of Sales for Excavators manufactured by Kobelco Japan. Ensuring
prompt services, Inventory and imparting training to Dealer personnel off and on the
job. Monitoring services, warranty decisions and after failure analysis.
Terex Vectra Equipment Pvt. Ltd.
6. • As Manager- Service (Central) since May 2005 to August 2007. TVPL is a joint venture
between Terex Inc. USA and Vectra Gp UK. This venture is having manufacturing facility
at Greater Noida where Back Loaders and Skid Steer is presently manufactured.
Job Responsibilities:
• Based at Nagpur and Assigned to handle Dealers at MP, CG and Vidarbha. Ensuring
prompt services, Inventory and imparting training to Dealer personnel off and on the
job. Monitoring services, developing relations with vendors, warranty decisions and
after failure analysis. Playing from front as and when situation warrants.
• Played a major role in the launch of the Backhoe loader in the states.
• Ensuring prompt service and technical support to the dealer team to minimize MTTR

M/s Telco Construction Equipment Company Ltd. (Now Tata Hitachi
Machineries co. Pvt Ltd).
• Worked as Engineer- Service from July2003 to April 2005. The company is a TATA
Enterprise, having technical tie up with Hitachi, Japan & John Deer, USA for
manufacturing, selling and servicing their range of Heavy Earth Moving & Construction
Equipments.
Job Responsibilities:
• Providing after sales service, commissioning of the equipment, carrying out periodic
maintenance and warranty administration for all range of TELCON products.
• Handling the dealer, imparting on job training to the dealer service personnel’s.

• Responsible for providing after sales service to the customer. This includes
commissioning of the equipment, carrying out scheduled maintenance and warranty
administration. Diagnosing and solving the technical problems of machines at site to the
earliest and in the best possible way.
• Was responsible for the project at Western coal fields limited for Handling Off Highway
Dumpers, Wheel Dozers, Water sprinkler’s etc.
• The Availability guarantee clause was to be fulfilled for the Wheel dozer to have 85%
performance guarantee and the dumper to have 90% performance guarantee which
