Roles & Responsibilities:
< Product Quality Improvement>
Ensure that quality issues are identified, reported to NISSAN Middle east office via Field Technical
Report and solution is implemented in various stages, such as-
During evaluation of Production Trial Vehicles, before their launch in the Middle East
region.
During “Early Quality Audit” of the first shipment of (to be) launched new model(s).
2. During “Task Force” activity conducted for a period of 6 months from new vehicle launch.
During life span of a model focusing on both initial quality & durability issues
Feedback information regarding countermeasure & field fix to dealers in a timely manner.
Deploy Recall Campaign, Service Campaign and Port Modification announcement to dealers and
initiate necessary actions to improve Campaign Completion ratio.

Provide Training support to dealer key technical staff on new model and new technologies as well
as improving Quality of Technical Reports as per NISSAN requirements
Provide diagnostic tool training & field fix training to technical staff.
<Warranty Management>
Review, Action & Improve Product Quality KPI through monthly analysis of warranty data.
Focus on reporting High warranty cost and High warranty count claims to NISSAN.
Conduct warranty audits at dealer(s) and supervising the parts disposal as per NISSAN guidelines.

Regional technical service engineer for Morris Garages, Zhengzhou Nissan & DFM vehicles in
KSA, OMAN, UAE.
Conduct seminar & direct interactions with the manufacturer to report & solve critical cases.
Preparation of Technical reports by analysing/investigating the causes for failure and interpreting the
necessary data based on the customer concern and reporting it to Manufacturer and to Management
through Presentations.
New model’s Testing in the region to rate the performance and durability of the vehicle
