• Segregate documents (Specification, BOQ, Finishes ID, Drawings etc.,) received from customer to
prepare tender submittal.
• Understand project requirements through detail study on Specifications, Drawings (Architectural,
Structural & ID drawings).
• List out the requirements from the tender documents for the offer submittal and collaborate with
Sales, Field & Service teams to attain necessary documents for submission.
• Preparing detail compliance statement based on KONE offers and code standards.
• In case to obtain further details or details which are not clearly defined/ discrepancy in
specification raise RFI to client and Supply lines to reach common understanding.
• Converting customer specification into KONE language with respect to Floor levels, Options,
finishes etc., and fill ‘’Core specification’’ sheet for supply line understanding for tender letter
preparation.
• Obtain optimized result/solution to satisfy customer needs.
• Taking ownership of the content on the Engineering details filled on the CSP.
• Analyse tender letter obtained from supply line and note down all related deviations, if require
coordinate with supply line to minimize the deviation.
• Prepare deviation and clarification list for customer understanding.
• Prepare Pre-Calc based on supply line tender letter and local options to assist Sales team to
arrive BOQ.
• In charge for projects to obtain material, shop drawings and finishes approval from
consultant/client to commence manufacturing.

• Preparing technical submittals with all relevant details with compliance statement, technical
data & finishes to obtain necessary approvals.
