before starting independent management consulting and
business development activities.

I continuously investigate (due diligence) and work with different companies and start-ups
in different industries, from an investment and or coaching/consulting point of view. I often
work as Chairman of the board / Management consultant / Coach during the structuring,
financing and market introduction, growth phases or internationalization. Some examples:
Chairman of the board 2012-current with Etikinvest AB. A company focused on ethical
investments of different types. (Start-up)
Chairman of the board 2011-2012 with Change Management Professionals Group AB.
Some of Sweden’s most experienced Change Managers and experts in Program
Management and Project Portfolio Management. (Start-up)
Chairman of the board 2009-2010 with ClimaCheck AB, who provide a complete system
(hardware and software) for troubleshooting and optimizing of refrigeration systems, heat
pumps and air conditioning. (Structuring, financing, growth and internationalization.)
Chairman of the board 2005-2009 with Fora-Tek AS (Norway); worked with the
entrepreneur/founder of this Maritime Biotech and Aquaculture Company. We had a close
research cooperation with the aquaculture department at SINTEF ("The Foundation for
Scientific and Industrial Research" at the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH)). (Start-
up, Research and Financing.)
AB Previa, Sweden’s largest occupational health company, utilized my Business
Development & Change Management expertise on a full time basis in between 2004 –
2006. There I initiated, created and implemented a modern contact center and a new service
that has subsequently become their most profitable enterprise, and a most valuable
customer intelligence tool at the same time.

2. Major CEO achievements:
- Modern Times Group MTG from 1995 to 1999; as Managing Director – Global Group
Manager, of Subtitling and Dubbing International (SDI Media) AB.
Belonging to MTG at that time, SDI Media is the parent company of a former Scandinavian
group that I successfully restructured and then grew to become the world’s largest language
versioning group – all in a period of less than four years. At that time SDI had operations in
14 countries in Asia Pacific, Europe and Middle East. And the journey towards world
coverage had got a kick start.
- Five years (1990-1995) in the Scandinavian Outdoor Advertising Industry, as Managing
Director with what is today known as Clear Channel (Sweden). During that time, I
introduced conceptual and technological changes to the Swedish market. And successfully
competed with the by far larger French company J C Decaux. During my time with Clear
Channel I also created a European CEO network for international business cooperation, a
joint venture in Denmark, and was on the board of the Danish and Norwegian subsidiaries.
Prior roles include:
- Divisional Manager with IMU-Testologen, one of the largest market, media and opinion
research companies in Sweden during that time. A major turnaround case that we got back
on track in less than a year. Now an integrated part of Research International.
- Project leader with MTC (Marketing Technology Center). A foundation that was
established by the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA) and the
foundation of the Swedish Institute of Management (IFL).
- Market research analyst with IBM, World Corporate Headquarters General Business
Group, in New York (statistical analysis of international market research).
- Sales rep. & International product manager with Bofors Plastics.

Education:
Master of Science (Business and Economics) 1982, and a Licentiate degree (Business
Administration) 1987, both from Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden - I was also on
the faculty for a time.
Interests:
During my leisure time I like to socialize with my family and friends, in our summer cottage,
or at sea. I also like to travel, see new places, meet new people and learn about different
cultures. Being a former football/soccer player I still like it when a ball of some kind is
involved in my sports activities. Nowadays it is mostly on the tennis court. One thing I would
like to do more of is to scuba dive. (I have an Open Water Diving Certificate.)
