Calum Cameron
Calum loves working with mischievous people who want to challenge
the status quo first and think about why later. He has a background
in enterprise IT in both Australia and the UK, scaled operations for
two startups and until recently lead the charge at Startup Wise Guys,
Europe’s leading B2B accelerator.
Casper Hassø Nielsen
Casper is a passionate, commercial and strategical minded serial-
entrepreneur and business creator with an international and global
outlook. He works with and provides strategic advice, business
guidance, operational assistance, Distribution-channel-building and
deal-closing capabilities to companies. Casper founds, co-founds
and invests or pays-it-forward in companies, some award-winning,
that have great ideas and great potential and where he can make
a difference. He graduated as a lawyer - from University of Aarhus,
Denmark, and University of Florence, Italy, and he combined it with a
global Executive MBA from globally leading institutions (HEC, Oxford,
Babson, Tsinghua).
Christian Zigler
Christian is a speaker, author and business development professional
with endless enthusiasm for the realm of hospitality. Former Founder
& CEO of Preview Networks and now CEO of successful Danish
startup Shopbox, Christian believes in big dreams, constant devel-
opment and excellent customer service. Christian has worked with
Fintech companies for the last 15 years, and understands the need to
continuously innovate and create disruptive technologies to challenge
the old system.
Hachem Hassan
Hachem is the co-founder of Sharefunders Denmark - A Danish
FinTech company specialized in the financing of start-ups. Hachem
has a background as a law student, specialized in the entrepreneur’s
legal challenges. He emphasizes clear strategies and efficient execu-
tion. He is passionate about FinTech- and Legal Tech innovation.
Cristobal Alonso
Cristobal is the Global Capo of Startup Wise Guys – Europe’s leading
B2B accelerator and the leading acceleration platform for global
founders and preferred deal flow partner for VC funds in Northern
Europe and the CEE. Cristobal’s unique background combines
extensive CxO experience in different mobile operators in Europe,
leading several transformations and turnarounds, together with CEO
startup experience both in B2B and B2C environments. So he truly
understands challenges and pressures of both Corporate and Startup
world, which he loves to leverage these days at Startup Wise Guys.
Cristobal has a degree in business administration and an MBA by
world leading’s business school INSEAD.
Lauris Muzikants
Passionate about customers and making things and services that
customers want. Lauris coaches teams who want to grow as inno-
vators in their search for new stuff. You can get hands-on help from
Lauris with designing experiments, getting in touch with customers
and visualization of business models and value propositions. He has
run a lean startup in telco customer service and is co-founder of Telia
Ericsson DareDay Hackathon.
Lars Barthold Nielsen
Lars is a seasoned entrepreneur, patent holder and IT executive with
extended work stays in both EMEA and in Silicon Valley working for
companies like Compaq, Citrix and startups like Rotrex and SMS
PASSCODE that was recently exit’ed. His focus is on building a sus-
tainable international presence both commercially and in mind share.
Commercially this involves building sales and international adoption
on a start-up ”nickel and dime” budget. Mind share wise, this invol-
ves the pursuit of hotness - why are some companies hot and others
are less hot? That is not just luck but a strategy and can be achieved
using a systematic process.
Jesper Damlund
Did the startup: co-founded a company, build it up, and eventually
sold my shares. Working with capital raising for growth companies,
Jesper is involved with startups at every stage. Passionate about
Conceptualization, Commercialization, Business Models, Strategy,
Go-to-market and much more…
Ivo Kukavica
With a background and experience in developing and implementing
strategies, processes and IT based on business, customers and
internal stakeholders needs, Ivo now works with Innovation in the
Purple+ team at Telia Group. He loves to see talents grow and enjoys
when they create magic for customers and users.
Jonas Pilgaard
Jonas has 20 years of experience from the IT-industry. 5 years in
software companies working in different commercial roles primarily
with international customers. 5 years of experience in managerial po-
sitions at born-global growth companies, and 8 years of experience
as a hands-on Venture Capitalist. The last two years Jonas has led
CloudCutout, a start-up with an innovative machine learning based
software, as the CEO and Partner. Jonas key competencies are:
Venture Capital, Start-up strategy and International Sales.

Steen Guttman
Steen is a serial entrepreneur with 16 years of experience within the
Tech and Online industries. He started his career in a software com-
pany, moved on to be the CEO of a Digital Marketing Agency and has
since 2012 dedicated his life to build high scalable companies. Steen
loves high energy entrepreneurs that “walk the talk”.
Peder Nedergaard
Specialities are strategy, business development, pitch training and ra-
ising capital. Peder has held various executive positions, has been a
co-founder as well as a CEO within IT and the high tech security and
surveillance systems area. Today he primarily works with Companies
from Europe and USA as a professional Board Member, as well as a
consultant, mentor and investor. Peder has an MSc in Economics and
a senior-executive education in board management.
Sean Sealey
Sean is a seasoned entrepreneur in the communications and online
services space, and has launched services in the United States,
Denmark and West Africa. He is now leading business development
and sales for iPass - the worlds largest WiFi network with 57 million
hotspots - in the CEE region.
Peter Arbs
Peters business preference is strategic Development focusing on the
balance between the external positioning and the internal capabilities.
He has gained his experiences from three investments in start-ups,
five board positions of which three has been as a chairman. 30 years
of experiences within different service industries as either CMO or
CEO.
Nicolaj Højer Nielsen
Nicolaj Højer Nielsen is a serial entrepreneur and business angel who
has been building startups since 1999. He focuses on high potential
start-ups, where he has co-founded and invested in 13 companies,
primarily within IT.Nicolaj furthermore dedicates a significant part
of his time to help other startups, via his employment as exter-
nal lecturer at Copenhagen Business School where he teaches
entrepreneurship, and via pro-bono coaching and mentoring of other
entrepreneurs. His educational background is a MBA from INSEAD in
France and Singapore, and an MSc in Marketing from Copenhagen
Business School and University of Texas.
Morten Amstrup
Ensuring strategic and operational success. Morten is passionate
about digital technology, exponentially scalable business models,
and innovative disruption. Morten brings experience across multiple
business sectors, stages and business models. Morten has further
worked with advisory and investing in companies, and have been
involved directly and indirectly in close to 1000 transactions and
investments in companies. Morten knows first hand what it takes to
attract investors, and how to get there.
Troels Garibaldi Falkenberg
With an international perspective, Troels is guiding start-ups (and
himself!) to hit the right ratio between growth and optimization. Troels’
background is from sales, both software and hardware, and today
primary he works as CEO and as investor/boardmember/
advisor. Troels is looking forward to experience simple strategies,
strong execution and diverse teams.

Hackathon 48H Challenge is one of three types of
innovation processes offered by Telia Danmark in
collaboration with Startup Wise Guys, whose core
activity is to invest in early stage technology
companies.
