4. My last 10 years has been "under development"! It means that I have been working with
projects during their development phase and mainly in a position as a business developer or
lead project manager. Working in several types of businesses has given me metrics which
empower my self-esteem in a multilevel view. Every meeting with a new client, new market
and a new business has given vast sales experience in a strategical level. The projects may
have been easy or even very complex. Thought the key has always been the relationship
between me and my counterpart. Success is to communicate in all type of levels.
The last years I have gain a wide international network by engaging my self in several start-
up projects and as an advisor in some boards. This has been appealing and a great learning
for me. Put me in a position to serve and create, I it will come easy for me to come up with
great new solutions for those obstacles that you might face. Forming and pack the next
success product or service comes natural in my drift to do things better and more efficient.
This in an engaging, loyal and ambitious way on a daily bases. My motto "always Great" is

As long back I can remember I was always put in a central position taking the lead for my
friends and prior colleagues. Reflecting on why I came to the conclusion that it has to be
because of my sense to be responsible, determent and loyal to any task I was given. Thought
my passion is to be a part of a team that struggle to solve the next mission and together
finish the tasks in time and deliver a successful project.

Living in Uppsala since my birth 1973, except
for 10 years in Stockholm, together with my
wife Sofia, daughter Leonie and our beloved
French poodle Hugo. We spend most of our
spear time visiting the local tennis court to see
how our daughter improves here tennis skills.
My wife works as a sales person at Sweden´s
largest flight and hotel booking sites which
suits here well speaking several Latin
languages. We both have the same vision of a
life beside the sea, surfing and enjoying the
heat. Therefore we like to travel much to
warmer countries and discuss about a life as an
expat in another country.
When not dreaming away I am totally focused
on my hobby which is entrepreneurship. I am
totally sold out in setting new ideas in practice.
It is the process to develop, pack, market and
sales that drives me to continuously improve
my self. Because my effort in this process
forms me and I will then return that
improvement to form great results. Who will
not be enormously satisfied with great results?
