The most important thing for me is to be challenged and to be in the right
role and the right role and the right environment and get that ‘gut-tingling’. This for me
brings joy and motivation and then I also know from experience that it will
end up in a good result. At the same time I also strive to continually
improve, develop and grow – both as a person and in my profession.
Summary
Focus the last years has been leadership and business
development/strategy. This within companies, projects and change
management and in different type of industries – from group levels to
management levels.
The challenge to start, run and above all complete deliveries efficiently
and with an economic perspective is something I am passionate about. I
have an ability to see the big picture before the details, which makes me
m more of a generalist than a specialist. My strength lies in creating, building
and leading businesses, departments and projects and here I act both as
a ‘thinker’ and as a ‘doer’.
My success is much based on realizing opportunities by making
difference and imprint. Important for me then is that I both believe in and
feel feel for my task and/or for the objectives I am suppose to lead my group
against – due to that you ‘leak what you think’.
Characteristic for me is that I am solution-oriented and creative with a
‘mind ‘mindset’ that is thinking outside the box. I take place in what I say – do it
thought-out, with empathy and joy and great engagement. However, I
would like to emphasize that even though I consider myself as a ‘people
person’, I do prioritize results over relations if I have to make a choice.
