OBJECTIVES A challenging role in an international and dynamic environment with a wealth of fresh
ideas and a positive attitude, where I through strategic and operative work develop
operational processes, organizations and businesses as Lean Production.
PROFILE During my 32 years in business leadership, I have started five companies and owned or managed
another ten within manufacturing and construction industry, trade, and media, with annual
turnovers up $70M and with up to 450 employees. My achievements include six turnovers, 20
organisation changes over 40 international business and cooperation agreements with companies
in 15 countries across Europe, North America, Asia, and Africa. With clear goals and with an
methodical and pedagogic leadership, I develop organizations and processes as well as people. My
broad international experience includes trade, project management and change leadership. It has
provided me an extensive worldwide network across many countries and cultures. I am a curious
and deal making innovator that combine the leader's eye for processes with the designer's eye for
details.
EXPERIENCE
2015 – 2016 Factory Manager, Swedrive AB
With full operational responsibility. Defined and started a big changeover program in the
company's production and purchasing functions, including change / improvement of organization,
leadership and planning. A lot of work with the set / adjustment and improvement of basic data in
the ERP / MRP systems. Under my leadership between 1 February to 31 May 2016 among other
delivery precision has increased from 56% to 99%. From June 1 strong focus on establishing a
high level above 90% with a target of 97%.
2013 – 2015 CEO, Lundeby bokbinderi AS, Norge
A "Turnaround" assignment that includes the entire operation. Start up and build a financial and
operational stability of a large conversion program. From building board function and adding a
new operational management to establish new business / marketing strategies. Organize,
structuring and streamlining sales, finance / administration, production, warehousing and logistics.
2012 – 2013 Operations Manager, Vectura AS, Norway
Operations Manager with responsibility and tuning of a new highly automated production,
warehouse and logistics facility in Gjelleråsen north of Oslo. Vectura AS is Norway's largest
distribution center for alcoholic beverages that have invested in and moved into one of the most
modern production and logistics facility in 2012. Part of the mission was to secure extremely high
delivery volumes before and during the Christmas season in the new untested plant, which was
successful. The mission also involves technology, process and organizational development.
2010 – 2012 Factory Manager, Rottefella AS, Norway
Factory manager with responsibilities equal to interim Production Manager and Project Leader
responsible for a turnaround of Rottefella AS, world leader in ski binding systems for cross-
country/telemark skiing. The mission involves developing a platform for organization, planning
and technique for the production, as well as the implementation of a new ERP system throughout
the entire process of the operation. Under my management during 2010/2011, the company's
production volume has increased from 800,000 to 1,800,000 pairs of bindings.
2000 – Business Developer and Founder, Kinnelid AB, Sweden
Performing business analyses for various companies, in some cases including operative
responsibility in the development work.
2008 – 2010 Project Leader, Dooria group, Sweden/Norway
Project leader responsible for business analysis and a following development project for the
Dooria Group, developing and producing inner and outer doors, being a large manufacturer in the
market with several factories in Sweden and Norway. The mission continued into the development
of a concern wide platform for the producing units within the group, focusing on process
orientation with system support.

2005 – 2008 Factory Manager, Flexator AB, Sweden
Factory Manager with interim responsibility for Flexator AB, manufacturing mobile operation
rooms, such as offices, work and office shops, etc. The mission included industrialization of
construction industry through structuring of production flow and organization through process
development and system support.
2005 – 2008 Business Developer, Balco AB, Växjö, Sweden
Business Developer for Balco AB, developing and marketing glazed balcony systems with many
own patents. The mission included an initial business analysis, followed by a process development
project focusing on system support through ERP/MPS.
2004 – 2005 Project Leader, Grönbergs Bygg
Project Leader within operative construction work, including own practical work as well asprocess
development aiming to industrialize the operation, focusing on modern wall plaster methods in
various projects. Participation in most of the current types of building constructions, resulting in a
broad experience from construction work at sites ran by Skanska, NCC, Peab, and Wäst Bygg.
2002 – 2004 Managing Director, Bjerkås AB, Stenkullen, Sweden
Performing of a business analysis and with operative responsibility for Bjerkås AB, a
subcontractor to the furnishings industry, primarily manufacturing shop fittings. The mission also
included responsibilities as Logistics Manager and Production Manager.
2000 – 2001 Partner and recruiter, Bemanningshuset AB, Sweden/Norway
Responsible for operation management and recruitment of co-workers for Bemanningshuset AB, a
workforce solutions company focusing on project industry. Management of a project for
Pharmadule Emtunga, manufacturing residential platforms for offshore oil rigs, including
production and assembly of a helicopter deck for a residential platform. The project was
performed in cooperation with an italian subcontractor, in which none of the personnel could
speak english.
1996 – 1999 Director and member of the Executive Committee, Osborn International, Sweden
Responsible for the operation in Sweden and a member of the executive board for Osborn
International, manufacturing and developing technical brushes for the industry. The mission
included organization development, delegation, recruitment and education of a factory manager,
and responsibility for business and IT development. Development of a concern wide computer
based system for orders and communication. As a member of the Executive Committee, I
conducted many visits to other sites across Europe and North America, and kept close contact with
our sites in China, resulting in a broad international network.
1991 – 2001 Managing Director, Founder and Partner, Trend Interiör AB, Sweden/Norway
Responsibility for the operation at Trend Interiör, a wholesale company, importing gifts and
fittings from Asia and Southern Europe, focusing on fashion and own design. About $2M
annual turnover.
1991 – 1996 Production Manager and Partner, Wennerbergs AB, Sweden
Responsible for the entire operation at Wennerbergs AB, a manufacturer of industry brushes, and
Höiness Slipmaterial AB, a wholesale company dealing with grinding and polishing for the
industry. Developed the companies and increased the annual turnover from $2.7M to $4.5M.
Wennerbergs AB was sold to Osborn International during 1996.
1987 – 1990 Concern Leadership/Board of Directors and Partner, Arema AB, Sweden
Strategy development for the Arema Group, with an annual turnover of $70M, focusing on
industry as well as media and communication. Some operative development for the nine
companies of the concern. My share of Arema was sold during 1990.
1981 – 1987 Managing Director, Founder and Partner, SMP AB, Sweden
Start and development of Svets & Maskinprodukter AB, a developer and manufacturer of
construction equipment. Production Manager and Technical Manager for the entire operation and
Managing Director for the subsidiary. The responsibilities evolved into business and operations
development. The company grew from a small company into industry-leading with two factories
and with an annual turnover of over $7M. Export experience was acquired as the product
development focused on hydraulic equipment to excavators for Atlas in Germany, Poclain in
France and Lännen in Finland etc. SMP was sold to Arema during 1987.
1979 – 1980 Managing Director and Founder, Nybergs Svets & Plåt, Sweden
Start and operations management of Nybergs Svets & Plåt, a component manufacturing
subcontractor for agriculture machinery manufacturers. Strategic and operative management as
well as well as operative work with assembly and welding of steel constructions.
