In spring of 2016 I joined the Nordic Hangers group (later Instore Agency) in Sorø. My
main tasks were to implement Mannequins and Shopfitting into the group. I was
responsible for introducing Mannequins to the clients in all of the Nordic Region together
with my Swedish collegues.
I had clients in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and the Baltics. References: I sold
customized Mannequins to clients like: Bergans of Norway, Devold, Peak Performance,
Swix, Norrøna, PWT (Wagner), Intersport Denmark, Halti and others.
Late 2020 our Swedish partners took over the danish subsidiary with plans to run the
Danish business from Sweden – They purchased the stocks from my partner and myself
and we were subsequently made redundant per 1st
April 2021.

In the summer of 2007, SuperSellerS ApS was acquired by a French group “RETIF Group”,
and in that connection; I was employed as CEO, reporting to Group President (Nice,
France). I managed 15 employees.
2002 – 2007 Sales- & Marketing Manager
In 2002, there was no longer room to expand the business in the current business
premises and we moved to larger premises. Because we grew very rapidly (3 x gazelle
awards), we needed to focus my work. I served as Sales and Marketing Manager, until I
took over the directorship in 2007.
1999 – 2002 Head of department
In 1999 I started as head of the new department of Danvay AS: Best Buy ApS. (Later
SuperSellerS ApS) I worked for a period alone, where I performed all functions except
finance. After just under one year we began hiring staff.

2009 – 2014 CEO - SuperSellerS Øst AS, Moss Norge
In 2009 “RETIF Group” acquired our Norwegian Franchise and I was employed in Norway
as CEO. I managed 5 employees.
2010 – 2012 “Silent partner” – Scandinavian Outlet, Vejle.

Fishing and other Outdoors gear in Denmark

Employed as a salesman at Hansen Furniture in Vejle. I was responsible for my own
department in the store. I was top seller in the store several times. I was, successfully,
responsible for the stores complaint processing.

Trainee with both canvas- and recurrent sales and certain administrative tasks, including
price-list compilation and customer registration.

company's financial situation, and therefore unfortunately not completed.

scout in a LRRP-unit (long range reconnaissance patrol). After military service, I was
active for 5 years in the reserves.

Through my previous employment, travel and education, I have gained a good understanding of culture and
cultural differences. This enables me to communicate properly (almost every time) no matter what environment I
get thrown into.
My collaboration with RETIF group LEADERSHIP committee (FR., ES, Benelux, UK, DK) has contributed
significantly to my understanding of communication across cultural barriers. I have also had great contact with our
Icelandic Franchisee, our Faroe agent and, of course, with our Norwegian subsidiary.
Additionally, I had great contact with our international suppliers, many of who came from Asia (mainly China).
