3. Major achievements:
IBM PE for Michelin, Rio Tinto, Novartis, Pergo, Uniboard, Nordx/CDT, Racine Terminal, Esprit,
Aldo, Barry Callebaut, Black & Decker, Holcim, Hospira, Astra Zeneca and Equifax.
Negotiate and implement a 20M contract for Rio Tinto including France and Canada.
Provide Customer Site Services for Jewish and Ste-Justine Hospital.
Won and contracted a Server Management project for Cirque du Soleil, ESI Canada and Black &
Decker including the operations and maintenance for 3 years for TCV of 5M.
Won and contracted a SAP project for Barry Callebaut including the operations and maintenance
for 10 years for TCV of 10M.
Managed and delivered the first MRExpress service in Canada to Bowater in June 1999 for TCV
of 1,2M over three years.
Managed and delivered a High System Availability projects, using MIMIX, for Racine Terminal.
Increased the Customer Satisfaction for Nordx/CDT from 25% to 85% in two years by
implementing new processes delivery at the Help Desk and changing ways to deliver the
technical services
Implemented a High System Availability project for Medis.
Renewal of expiring contracts under my responsibility.

Project Executive, 1996 - 1997
Information System Management (ISM),
Dorval, Quebec
Managed three accounts for a budget of 3M per year. Accountable for profit, cost, revenue,
performance, Customer satisfaction and growth. Achieved a Gross Profit of 25% the first year.
Lead a group of two technical account representatives and six business groups to deliver the
services in the Business Recovery, AS400 support, Mainframe support, Telecommunication
support, tape management and print management. Successfully managed a sub-contractor to
deliver the telecommunication.
Account Manager, 1994 - 1996
Bell Canada, Dorval, Quebec;
Managed a 1,7M per year Outsourcing contract for Avenor. Achieved to relocate the customer
Data Centre within a three-day weekend to Bell Sygma Data Centre without impact on customer
operations including telecommunications. Outsourced 14 technical customer resources within
the deal. The environment consisted of one Mainframe and one AS400 with telecommunication
across Canada and the US. Accountable for profit, cost, revenue, performance, billing, customer
satisfaction and growth. Increased the annual revenue after the second year to 2,2M, 2,5M after
the third year. Achieved a customer satisfaction of 95% the first year. Implemented a new
application for scheduling to increase the effectiveness of the customer job schedule and to gain
in productivity while reducing costs. Merged the 14 resources into the operations after eight
months to gain productivity and trained new employees to support the environment to implement
a transfer of knowledge.
