Work as CFO for CG Hungary (CGHU), the World’s first Power Transformer Company (earlier known as Ganz) with 2 manufactur-ing 
facilities in Hungary. The company has 1000+ employees in Hungary Unit and a Top line of 100MEur circa. This role has cross

• Managed High level banking relationships with all prominent banks in Hungary- MKB, K&H, Citibank, Raifessen, Sberbank, 
and Exim bank.- daily to annual interactions across all levels at these banks. Qtrly with senior management for reviews and

• R&D Capex write back project, successfully giving 6m eur ebit impact and 1m eur tax saving impact for CGHU 
• GOTO meeting a Citrix Online web based communication tool pioneered from CGHU and deployed across CG worldwide 
locations – A solid Technology enabler driven by me from Hungary across CG globally to bring in process harmonization in of-ficial

• Attrition control- took the same to a low of Zero at manila and 17% at Bangalore. Inherited was 81%, Industry 
Avg -28% (2006-2008) 
• Business Transformation project in AP- discount to vendors, client benefit 1m USD annually. Case study at Infy. 
• Gross Margin of the Ingram operation went up successfully from 19% as inherited to 31 % for Infosys due to successful de-ployment 
of operating effectiveness- low attrition,better shift utilization, incremental billing of effort, added revenue streams, 
Technology gain sharing with client, reduced transport costs of FTE due to shift working 
• Delivery excellence model by ensuring daily operations dash board, customer portal.

Managing Credit control Operations for 2 Honeywell Entities across India (Pune and Chennai). Team Size -20

Significant Achievements: 
• Set up a Solid Credit Control Framework for the Honeywell Entities at Pune (erstwhile Tata Honeywell) and 
Chennai (Novar) & did risk profiling across OEM’s, Navratna, state & central public sector, Builders, Dealers across India. 
• Collection Operations significant turnaround due to Process harmonization deployed – Led a Cash for Growth 
program with highest collections in Honeywell Pune, Dec 2005. 
• Best in class performance on Past due and 180 days metrics driven across the 2 years 
• Solid foundation of credit history, Credit analysis done for Honeywell Automation business 
• Zero Attrition in the team at Honeywell, while achieving highly stretch targets 
• Integration of several Honeywell processes like EGAP, CAP, and HFM into the reporting system as a Commercial controller 
for few months between Jan 2005 to June 2005. 
• Reduction of DSO from 151 days to 85 days, Zero impact of 180 days and past due reduction significantly helping the local 
entity grow its market cap due to sustained earnings. Share price went up from 350 INR to 2KINR in 2 years and the near ze-ro 
impact of 180 days or bad debts helped achieve this quite well. 
• When Honeywell took over the erstwhile TATA Honeywell, it had 5m USD of Bad debt prov and significant process lapses 
which used to lead to impacts of cash losses to P&L. This entire trend was reversed with a mix of process harmonization, ef-fective 
processes, tapping channel finance for the control product business, ensuring effective risk mgmt, credit limit setting 
and monitoring backed by a robust collection work on the field.
