ABCo is the franchise of Pepsi Cola International in Kabul, Afghanistan for the production,
bottling and distribution of the entire range of carbonated soft drinks including Pepsi Cola ,
Diet Pepsi, 7-UP , 7UP Free, Mirinda and Mountain Dew along with energy drink Sting and
Aquafina bottled water in PET and Cans.
The bottling plant is being set up at Pul-e-Charkhi Industrial Park in Kabul, Afghanistan. The
company has an extensive distribution channel of its own covering both urban and rural
consumers all over Afghanistan.

Service, product design
Due to the always and fast changing market trends, Alkozay Pepsico always tries to make
their products as appropriate and attractive for all of their customers as possible. There is
a high consumer taste divergence, because some of the costumes want high quality soft
drinks. Alokozay Non-Alcoholic Beverages Company produced more and more different
soft drinks kinds to fulfill the needs of the customers. In future, they even will make more
qualitative and customer customized drinks in the local industry and wants to be the
leading and first largest firm of the Afghanistan in Kabul.
Alokozay Non-Alcoholic Beverages Company always try hard to have the best service
and the best products for their customers.

Quality management
So far, Afghans faced so many low quality products and caused so many health problems.
For this reason, Alokozay Non-Alcoholic Beverages Company focuses to maximize the
quality level for their products at fair prices and would be acceptable to customers.
Process, capacity design
Alokozay Non-Alcoholic Beverages Company has to be really competitive and launch
new products as fast as possible to fulfill the needs of the customers. That can only come
true with a good Research and Development Department, which Alkozay wants to
decentralize in all cities of Afghanistan.
Location
The company Alokozay Non-Alcoholic Beverages Company is siuated in Kabul
Afghanistan. One reason f the success of the company nowadays is that importing soft
drinks from other countries was too expensive that’s why Alkozay launched more
qualitative and local soft drinks firm in Kabul to offer same products to customers at
lower price.
Although Alokozay Non-Alcoholic Beverages Company faces less local educated people
in Afghanistan and hopes in future the prices would fall at a great margin.
Alokozay products are now available in almost all cities of Afghanistan and recently the
visit of Afghanistan Presidents paid them extra ordinary courage and believe for
development in future.

different tastes including, Fanta, Pepsi, Pepsi for diabetes patients and mineral water in
very nice and on international standards

Alokozay Non-Alcoholic Beverages Company makes hard efforts to promote teamwork
and individual responsibilities in the company. The key to success is diversity. But the
diversity in this firm will only be from the different cities of Afghanistan to increase
creativity, mirrored market place and improved attraction and retention of human
resources. Nokia is melting pot of people and gives employees a change to work at
international level. When employees in the company are satisfied, they make good
products and thus also customers will get maximum satisfaction. The keywords
considering that are trust, cooperation, sharing, openness, networking, humanity, respect,
customer friendliness and so on.
Alokozay Non-Alcoholic Beverages Company focuses on flat team organizations and
working with cross-functional teams, which is a group of employees from various
functional areas of the organization-research, engineering, marketing, finance. Human
resource and operations are focused on a specific objective and are responsible to work as
a team to improve coordination and innovation across divisions and resolve mutual
problems.
HR closely track the employee’s progress in the firm and all has strong networks with
suppliers and research institutes and very often teams are multinational and operate
mainly virtually. It is clear that teams and their new product development projects
contribute a lot to the success of the product, thus they are really important.

Alokozay Non-Alcoholic Beverages Company gives a lot of attention to logistics
optimism like production costs and flexible manufacturing. The company is strong in low
cost models as well as high end products.
Alokozay Non-Alcoholic Beverages Company maintains a flexible global manufacturing
network and quickly responses to the demands of a good logistic system.

 Strong suppliers relationships and high mutual trust
Inventory management
Inventory management is mostly benchmarked from other Pepsico company’s like India
and Pakistan and automates standard processes such as planning, fault resolution,
customer care, provisioning and network management. It increases customer satisfaction
and delivers quicker return on investment by reducing deployment risk and roll-out time.
Scheduling
Due to the fact that customer tastes vary and change quickly, the product life cycles are
getting shorter and shorter. They always give quick response to the market needs.
Maintenance
To stay alive and maintain the success of the company, Alokozay Non-Alcoholic
Beverages Company considers the client and fast reactions to the speed of the changing
market as the keys.
For this reason new product lines are under great considerations.

Alokozay Non-Alcoholic Beverages Company ABCo is the franchise of Pepsi Cola International in Kabul, Afghanistan for the production, bottling and distribution of the entire range of carbonated soft drinks including Pepsi Cola , Diet Pepsi, 7-UP , 7UP Free, Mirinda and Mountain Dew along with energy drink Sting and Aquafina bottled water in PET and Cans. The bottling plant is being set up at Pul-e-Charkhi Industrial Park in Kabul, Afghanistan. The company has an extensive distribution channel of its own covering both urban and rural consumers all over Afghanistan.
