Experience an Employment History
I have 22-year experiences working for three Commercial Banks on the position of security guard,
Messenger, clerk and operations officer, Deputy Head of Operations and Head of Settlement respectively.
The prime responsibility of the Head of Settlement, after completed merger project new position the same
as be for Deputy Head of Operations is not necessarily be limited to closely manage and oversee the
operations activities, ensuring the quality and accuracy of output within agreed timeframes; work closely
with management, I also responsible for supporting the business with response to ad-hoc and recurring
request.

• In charge daily monitor customer transaction Report on compliance and report
every second week of the month to NBC on (Cash Transaction Report).
• Ensure that processes and procedures are in place to enable the Bank to fulfil
its services to customers and work with Head Operations and Internal Audit to
document processes and procedures.
• Daily Clearing Check (inward & Outward Cheque)
• Inward & Outward Check returned
• Head of remittances & Daily input foreign currency exchange rate.
• Daily work for Forward Contract FX ( Spot Rate & Forward Rate)
• Set up Swift Arrangement Management Relationship (RMA) with others bank
• Control Security Key Register regaler updated when staffs are taken leave

• Work with all others Function Heads as appropriate to ensure that they are
able to deliver and support other business functions.
• Ensure that ALL cards and PIN’s are produced within 24 hours of accounts being
opened.
• Find time to coach and train team members in case they need for assistance.
• Ensure that all accounts are validated after opening.
• Ensure that all international and domestic payments are made on time. Any
payments not meeting our standard but outside of our control are investigated
and resolved efficiently and quickly.
• Ensure that MJB has trade finance functionality & bank guarantee & Travellers
Check/LC/Bill Collection.
• Ensure that all fees / service charges are passed as appropriate for all credit
transactions.
• Acting Head of Operations and Head of Compliance routing function
• Ensure good communication with internal and external customers. Seek regular
feedback.
• Ensure that all holiday leave is taken as appropriate for the year and 2 weeks’
notice is given for any planned vacation. Ensure that HR is notified and
agreement forms completed.

• Printing of reports.
• Perform daily closing and back up data.

• Producing timely and return as required.
