Media Buying & Planning
• Implement a proactive approach for buying through developing media opportunities, cost efficiency, budget allocation, value bargains and
deal optimization.
• Negotiates with advertising sales agents to acquire cost-efficient and budget-conscious advertising space, sponsorships, or product
placements.
• Using market research information, such as demographics, media usage, ratings and the type of content in a given vehicle in which must
choose the best possible venue or medium for an advertising campaign.
• Ensure that all scheduled spots must be aired in premium positions to get targeted GRPs as per commitment with clients.
• Create good liaise with advertising sales agents which help to get better rates for the agency.
• Researching new media vehicles to improve advertiser results.
• As a media planners identify the best mix of media channels to deliver an advertising message to a clients' target audience.

QUALIFICATION
• Discuss advertising strategy with their clients, analyze and research the target audience's character, advice the creative team and clients
about the most effective media combination and present media proposals.
• Design a plan by using different planning techniques as target identification, budget allocation, optimizing frequency, seasonality and
creative placements.
• Give best options in print planning to maximize reach of advertisement by choosing newspapers as per targeted market and brief of the
client.
Media operations and Implementation
• Asking by channels regarding capping to minimize the droppages before release.
• Provide the release schedule to the channels before their deadlines of booking to overcome unnecessary droppages.
• Ensure that the release material is delivered to the media on time and is implemented as per agreed schedule.
• Keep an eye on droppages happened from channels and counter them day by day to minimize droppages.
• Provide some FOC mileage to the clients in terms of air time, integrations and placement of their products.
• Create good relationship with CTS department of different channels for the placement of maximum spots of our clients.
• Correspondence with PBA & APNS for resolving disputed issues and regularization of clients.
Media PR
• Conduct PR activities for the promotion of new brands of our clients through coverage of their events by print and electronic medium.
• Arrange brand activation by road show, seminars, exhibitions and social programs for our clients.
• Placement of press releases of our clients in the print media & electronic media accordingly client’s instructions.
• Ensure guest appearance, brand pointers, endorsements and linking of our clients as per their desire.
• Facilitate our clients for their brand imaging and activation using ATLs and BTLs activities like CM PAK (Zong) Telecom, Wateen,
Philips, Nokia, Al Baraka Bank, Meiji, HMB, Summit Bank, NBP, Pizza Hut, Meiji, Al Meezan Investment, Engro
Foods, Abbott, Air Arabia, Eden Robe, Yamaha, TCF, UBL Fund Manager, Super Asia and Askari Bank.
Marketing
• Direct the development of company’s market requirement including product strategy.
• Monitor the development of business plan.
• Managing lifecycles and product positioning in market.
• Develop concepts and business strategies into product plan.
• Identify customer needs.
