new contract changes. Wrote programs to interface data from the existing payroll system to put past
history information into KRONOS 5.1. Loaded the employee data from PeopleSoft to KRONOS then
passed onto ADP.
• Lowered cost of doing business 50% by designing new programs for Payroll, Performance, Shipping and
Receiving, and Security.
• Improved efficiency in use of ORACLE data base from 50-75% by designing, drafting and implementing
programs to read ORACLE database.
• Wrote a new incentive system that eliminated downtime, saving the company over $1.5 million in payroll
costs to the company per week. Led a team of programmers to make the required changes in all the
