Key Contributions
• Created wages/benefits/headcount reporting tool for Information Technology Outsourcing Service Delivery’s 3,000 headcount and $142
million in annual wages and benefits expense. The Microsoft Excel based tool and associated process provided US dollar reporting for 17
groups across 25 countries. It provided variance to budget/forecast and 24 month trends. It captured headcount moved with reclassification
journal entries. Finally, it computed the foreign exchange component of variance to budget/forecast and the difference between trends stated
at the current month exchange rates vs. trends stated at budget/forecast exchange rates.
• Developed a process to map local Europe ITO budget/forecast in their separate systems to Xerox system accounts, upload the data into the
Xerox Hyperion/Essbase budgeting/forecasting tool, and review Xerox budget/forecast reporting with UK and Germany finance teams. These
groups are responsible for $110M in annual activity.
• Developed efficient and timely close cycle reporting for foreign exchange impact on variance to budget and forecast for all of Information
Technology Outsourcing Service Delivery. Reporting provided monthly visibility to foreign exchange impact by group, country, and expense
type using an automated Microsoft Excel template that I designed. Covered $68M of annual offshore expenses in 17 groups across 25
countries.
