In 2003 the opportunity arose to invest into the family business which consisted of 4
retail outlets and a large property portfolio. The company at the time was in need of
direction and financial acumen. My role was to take over the daily running of all the
business. Implementing a formula to which all employees could adhere to so that
there was conformity in the business to not only drive sales but to maintain the
highest level of customer service achievable.
All recruitment and training was overseen by myself so that exceptional service was
being provided at all times.
